I am passionate. Passionate about family, about natural parenting, about natural living, about life in general. I struggle through my days just like I believe many people do, and I love every minute of it.

My days start early and end late. my days are consumed with taking care of my husband and my little ones and trying hard to squeeze myself in somewhere. I make breakfast, nurse babies, clean the kitchen wash clothes, linens and cloth diapers. I vacuum, wash, scrub and vacuum again. I play with my children. Teaching morals and values with stories, activities and games. I am so far from perfect. In fact I am running fast in this rat racejust to keep up with average.

Mostly I use the internet quickly and guilty. with the baby in the swing and the toddler and preschooler in front of a Signing Time! DVD. I rapidly answer overdue emails or pay bills that are nearly overdue. I look for recipes for dinner or recipes for a new detergent I want to cook up for the laundry room. I do it at lightning speed and am off in time to sing the last song on the DVD with my children. But today my older girls are with Grandparents and I am bored and lonely with only my two month old to keep me busy. My dinner is ready already and my house is gleaming. So with my infant attatched to me in the baby carrier I peruse the internet slowly and in luxury. I remember a blog I opened months ago when my belly was still heavy with child. I opened it to have a form of expression just for me. A place to share recipes or thoughts or plans with others . I opened the blog just in time for my oldest girls to come running through the door from an outing at the park or maybe to the local aquarium. I turned off the computer and forgot my little piece of cyberspace and returned to my little piece of heaven. But today I remember my blog and decide to introduce myself.

I hope this will be a log that will interest others. Because I am a momma but I am so much more.
